Hi all

A side project I working on , the Spaceballs Calico M-100 used by the Black Guard Trooper of Dark Helmet.

This weapon is prohibited here in Canada so it's very difficult to get one and duplicate it.

So I'm making my own one

All is made with "junk" pieces of wood and polystyrene from scratch.
The stock is revocable

Yes ! My replica of the Calico M-100 is now complete !

here is the fist pull of the mold , rotocasted in smooth-cast 65D , scope support in vacform polystyrene , and the stock is fully movable ( cast in resin in 4 parts )

This very kind of Calico with various kinds of sights and flashlights added on was also used in the Seaquest TV series in the second season.

Nice! My friend and I cast the MCG airsoft version last year to use with our costumes at Wizard World Philly:

Unfortunately the airsoft didn't come with the scope mount. I love your vaccform buck idea, we figured casting a scope mount wouldn't work but didn't get any farther on it before the con.
 
Jackdoug, I saw your Spaceballs stuff and that's what inspired me ;)

In Canada , this kind of rifle ( airsoft included ) are prohibited so this is why I built mine
