Casey Jones Pepakura mask - First pepakura build [lots of pics]

Hey all!

Recently I started working with Pepakura and wanted to post my first build, Casey Jones' mask

I found the file from the Printable Armory

The original mask seem too big so I re sized to fit my face better

I'm happy with the way it came out, hoping to learn how to apply resin and bondo to it for a future Casey Jones costume

Looks great! Where'd you get your cardboard and what kind is it? And what'd you use to affix the pieces together?

I used 110lb cardstock I bought from Staples
and for this one I used a glue stick
I tried a build before, with hot glue and had a lot of problems
I was using a high temp gun and it pumped out a lot of glue

I just bought a small hobby low temp glue gun to try on another build
Hopefully works a little better

Go to the "2d menu" drop down, then click "show edge ID"
This will turn on the edge ID number and it should print on the pieces when you print it

My first pepakura was a success! I think I found a new hobby
