Liquid Latex

Hey I am making the hulk costume and was wondering if there is a special kind of liquid latex you need to buy for using it as the "skin"? It will be covering duct tape and egg crate foam..... Can you buy the one in the home depot stores called dependable latex liquid? Does anyone know where I can buy it the cheapest? Thanks
