Thanks buddy! :thumbsup That is ordinary bondo layered with flooring glue on top to avoid cracking. The latter got thick due to the multiple layers of rubber i've used so It's safe to use the bondo for the seams.

Thank you sir! :thumbsup I haven't uploaded any updated pics of the helmet yet. I've primered the main body of the helm and made a new faceplate out of paper and resin since the faceplate made out of sintra did not meet the right look for it.

Anyway I apologize for any delays of updates on this project of mine. I got called up for the work I applied for so I'm back on my previous routine, work on weekdays, hooby on weekends. So hopefully I'll finish 2 parts of the suit this comin' weekend. Stay tuned for that.
I've also been busy with this. Just tried sewing it to see how it'll look on me.

i love the way this looks, even unpainted.
what did you use to fill your seams ? or is it just some glue spill or something? there seems to be some sort of filler spread on the shins

The abs in progress.
Hopefully I can finish it by tomorrow. Then onto the most complex parts, the back and chest which will be motorized. Hopefully I can figure out how the flaps work.
