Jansport Slacker backpack with 1" tan mil spec tan webbing, strap adjusters, and Duraflex tri-lockster buckle. The strap adjusters I used are not exact, and it is hard to tell if the actual movie straps are actually tan or another color. I kept my straps longer so I could actually use them to carry a rolled up jacket.

good work man! i posted my backpack in the movie costume forums but i used black straps and a light blue jansport superbreak that i got for free.
where did you find the tan straps and the buckle?

and by buckle i dont mean the 3 way squeeze one but the ladderlock ones you used to adjus the straps

The strap adjusters I got from strapworks.com. They look slightly different from some of the prop photos I've seen. The pointed side is a bit too long. The straps I got from the same place.

also how much did you pay for the jansport slacker? sorry for asking alot of questions but im gonna redo my bag in a month or two

It was a little while ago, but I got it from Amazon for $40 USD.
