HELP! with making a 4 piece cast from a full helmet sculpt

Hey Again Guy's! can you help!? I intend to make 4 pieces from my full IRON MAN scuplt . . Do i make a full cast in fibre glass, cut that cast up render the lips back on with fibreglass or clay and re-mold each piece from the casts?. . I've sculpted on top of pepakura so I could cut that up, remodel each piece but i'm scared stiff of ruining 4wks work! HELP! thanx so much! ABS
