The piece they're showing appears to be a foam latex appliance. To do that you'll need a head cast of yourself to sculpt the piece on, then make a negative mold and you'll have a prosthetic that perfectly fits your face. If you don't have the stuff to do that with, you could do an 'out-of-kit' makeup, using morticians/derma wax or even cotton and toilet paper to build up the thicker areas and liquid latex stipple to do the thinner areas and wrinkles. Then just apply the makeup over the top. There should be plenty to tutorials online demo-ing this.

Check out the Smooth-On website and click on Lifecasting. There's all kinds of videos and stuff there on how to do appliances. BornKIlr is right, though - if you don't want to go the head cast route, just look for theatrical makeup tutorials.

Hi Darkbeauty,

If you don't want to create it from scratch.

Have a look at the Woochie brand of pre-made prosthetic pieces at Cinema Secrets

Wicked Witch Nose and Chin Set (Green), Small

They are not the best, but are cheap and they have a selection. You can add to the makeup by getting other pieces or using the good old tissue and latex build up.

I've never had a problem with removing nose putty (a little soap and warm water seems to do the trick), but it melts and sometimes cracks with heat. If you want a simple intro to prosthetic makeup, make yourself a latex nose and chin. There are plenty of tutorials out there for slip latex prosthetics.
