Hey everyone!

Ive been working on this Brotherhood of Steel helmet for a little while now. I'll keep posting pictures as i go! Let me know what you think!

First fiberglass pull from the mold! Still need to attach a few parts but its getting close!
 
Just got the helmet primed! Figured I'd post a pic! Just a little more body shop to go then the fun starts! :)

That's pretty sweet. How much for a cast? I may consider it. Looks fun to paint.
Also, How did you go about making the master. Mostly foam? or what.

I sculpted the original from clay, with a few styrene parts that I fabricated.

When it's finished I'd like to price out some kits that will include the raw helmet and the 10 or 11 parts that go on it, including the light and scope (which I have made, they are just not on here just yet) and maybe some instructions about where everything goes... haha

If youre really interested I'll definitely keep you posted!

Almost there! just a little more interior work and gotta finish the scope for the right side. and a little more tweaking... so close!
 
Wow thanks mollins! Thanks Cooper! Me too. It was just clay for so long, it's really cool seeing it come together.
 
A buddy at work enjoying the power armor. haha. almost finished! just waiting on the scope to dry and some final paint.

this is just 15 types of cool. I have no clue what it is from and I still want one...that should tell you something.
