ChuckyAPP: the grey part on the sculpture is resin, it will be painted to look like metal.
The rest of the costume is real leather.

The finished bust will also have acrylic teeth/eyes and real hair.

Stunning work! Lurtz is one of my favorite characters. I look forward to the next progress shots.

Here are some new pictures.
The clients asked me to open his left eye a bit more.
There is still some work to do on that aera.

I also tried to make some deep textures on his body like some very thick leather.
