my 3 year clone armor build ( pic heavy)

so on and off over three years i built my own custom clone, when i started i had no idea about molds, casting, fibre glass or bondo. but this build slowly taught me all those (with the help of youtube). The reason its taken me three years is cos i always have 3-5 projects on the go at the same time.
By sept last year i finally finished this off, wore it twice ( halloween parties) and sold it to a guy why is opening his own sci fi museum in DEVON south england. So maybe somone somewhere will spot this!!!

some parts i struggled with, so i got an old school friend with a vacum bed to help out,

i gave up on these boots, they never came out right as when i cut them shorter, the sides went silly.

i made this out of kids soft drink tops and the water filters from the inside of a tap fitting.

the visor fitting is chrome, got it from the U.S its a football visor cut to shape.

these green sauce jar lids are great and i use them for almost everything, at the mo, im using them on my IRON MAN build for leg hinge bolts. here im using them for my back unit.
