I think the design of the ears is too much. Too big and lateral for an overall design that keeps things close/fold-up-able. I also love the idea with the eyes, but it kind of spoils the suspension of disbelief when I look that this tremendous build, think, "Cool!" then see the eyes and go, "Bicycle."
Overall it's a great build! Usually I hate it when people redesign iconic props, but you've done a nice job on this.
