It don't seem funny by the looks of the trailer... It looks more boring than funny.

I don't know, it looked to me like a romantic comedy without the comedy. And if everyone is buzzing about it, how come this is the first I've even heard of it?

True, not EVERYONE is buzzing about it. But apparently most viewers in the recent film festivals were. Also it's kind of a figure of speech, not be taken in the absolute literal sense.

Looks pretty good to me... the kind of movie I'd drive a little further to go see. Offbeat, kinda like Hesher.

If the film festivals like it then it's probably a dud. These are the same groups of people who cheer on documentaries.
