Currently scratch building a cool design from John Eaves. It is an unused design he did for the Fallen Heroes episode of "Enterprise". Working from the only sketch available but I think it's progressing along pretty well! :)

Nice work indeed! Really cool design too. I mean, you know, not that my opinion particularly matters. ; ) (I wrote the "Fallen Hero" episode of Star Trek: Enterprise)
 
How did I miss this the first time you posted it?
Fantastic build up there, can you tell us how you modeled the basic parts are they vac. formed or is it paper craft?
