Friends the Dome has arrived! Full cast of the Dome is complete and these little guys are going to start multiplying!!!! We are going to start some runs in the junk yard after Celebration VII, but I really wanted to show you all how great this dome came out! We are going to have a couple on display with the R2D2 Builders Club at Celebration if you are attending swing by and check these little guys out. We are crazy excited! Hope you enjoy!

such amazing work:thumbsup scratch builds are so much more rewarding to watch coming together, the quality of your work is just awesome!
 
I scratch built my entire full size R2 so I know what kind of work and dedication is involved.

Absolutely fantastic work!...clean, sharp and very accurate, well done...inspirational work!!
 
hey all, just wanted to share some pics of these little guys from Celebration VII. The R2 builders over at Astromech.net were amazing to us. We had the best time at the show showing off what now has been deemed "Astro-Mini-Mechs"

I visited the hall a number of times over the course of the show but sadly I missed seeing and meeting you each time.
Your R2 unit is absolutely amazing and I was blown away seeing the articulated version - you and your dad hit the ball out of the park mate.

Dang it Mark, So sorry brother. We were in and out of the room all four days. What a bummer. Definitely hit me up. We have parts ready for you.
