Dave, I sure would be interested in a 1/24 kit. So, good luck with creating it. Btw, is thus something that will be resin or plastic kit?

Just finished scanning almost 100 photos of behind the scenes of The Abyss. There will be more added later once I get access to scanner that can scan negatives There are many negatives that I don't have any developed photos of.
The scanned photos are in high resolution. Scanned at 1200dpi with lowest compression.
Here is what I got so far.:

Hi Dave, Any progress with the cabs as a kit?
1/24th as you mentioned before sounds good! A 1/8th scale would be something special too but costly I guess. Do you know if the fullsize versions were designed and built specifically for the film?I have been working a bit on the hull geometry but nothing ready to go yet. I'm debating what scale to do.
What I'm aiming to do is create a 1/24 scale kit of Cab, about 8 inches long, and if those do well then consider a Studio Scale (1/8) kit, about 24" long. Obviously a studio scale kit would be a huge investment in mold rubber alone!
