Wasup everyone !!!!

Thank you guys so much for all the hard work making these tutorial and template for us to use.
Im a newbie in props but decided to give it try and post my progress.
Ok so Im using Blue floor mat from Canadian Tire, I started with Chest and back then abs and cod.

http://
Then I tried the arms but with the MK 7 forarms still have the detailing to do but that will be only when my suit is complete I used the attaching system that STEALTH give in his tutorial ( chigago screws, washers and reinforced with fiberglass resin

http://
Then for the abs section I decided to try something so I use PLASTIDIP very very very Hard to find in Montreal anyways then a thine layer of FiberGlass resin in the front and sides where it still flexes alot and in the back a very thick layer to get the bottom curve then some light sanding and priming with red vinyl and tissu paint to allow a little flex.

http://
Then I took my chest piece and decided to cut up some platic to give the front a very nice effect, Now I still have some sanding to do before priming and painting I also want to do some moving flaps in the back.

http://
Then I did the left and right thighs

Then i had to try the helmet so i did default scale as all my other parts but ended up just a barely fit but not enough to to the faceplate hinges

All credits to creators tell me what you guys think up to know

Oh man, I'm using this crap for my kids Mk 4 build. Easy to work with, but I couldn't seal it for anything. I used Krylon plastic paint because it adhered really well.

I made mine out of foam and it came out great. I did my helmet in one day and another for painting. If your good at cutting and angling I suggest you do it yourself it'll save you money. Here is my helmet I don't have a big head and with the files it's actually perfect for me.

I would (and did!) build the sharkman helmet in the first page of this thread. Ive built both the sharkman and sharkbeetle helmets. my sharkman helmet turned out much better.

I need files I can open in corel so I can cut all of these out on my 20 watt laser. I can't seem to export anything out of Pepakura. The laser cut would be clean and only take minutes. Any Ideas?
I'm using Pepakura Viewer, the free download.

Thanks for the Jpegs of the glove, I imported those into corel and made a cut file for the laser.:thumbsup This file has both left and right. The thumb nail shows up white but the cut lines are hairline red for the laser. I might make these out of .120 Styrene which is 3mm. Then heat gun them to shape. The laser cuts it perfectly at 90 power 8 speed.

How does this thing work? How does Windows recognize it? I don't know if you're going to be able to get this to work. Pepakura needs a special plug-in to work with the Silhouette CAMEO.
