That first pic was somewhat craptacular.....here's some better pix...

wow alot of really nice buckets out there.
I actaully can't believe how many different ones there are.

Out of curiosity at this point which is considered the most screen accurate for each movie?

The diplomatic answer would be: the licensed helmets or all. Sorry, won't go into specifics, as each person has his favorites and mentioning them can cause a lot of fuss.

Are you sure these are both GH ANH helmets as there seems to be quite a difference in thickness in the corner of the right eye??

They are both GH facemasks but one was heavily modified to try to get closer to screen mask. Thats just one of the little differences.

Wow! Blast from the past. Bringing this one back to life, as much has changed in 10 years, and if anyone else wants to add anything. :D

Should I do it??? :rolleyes

I am putting together an updated collection shot... so.....

Yes. Let's see the kids. Even the old set-up.

I am officially jealous of all of you...dangit...now to tell the Mrs. I MUST do a Vader!!!!

Just buy one, and make up an excuse. It's easier to deflect once it's IN the house, than get denied before you're even able to try to get a good Vader bucket. And seriously, we're upon a legendary moment (The GS) in Vader helmet accessibility history. Lots a people are going to go ape ship. :D

I love seeing Vader helmets from everyone - so let's keep this thread going. If you have one, add it to the thread. I know there are at least one or two Brian Muir Ultimate Vaders out there - would love to see those. :)

Here are two of my Vader helmets - finished by VaderMonkey of the Prop Den. I still need to photograph both in a better setting with a simple background. Before I do that, I want lower the dome a bit on my ESB.

Cheers

Couple shots of my SPFX ANH, from the days of the C scar discussion. I believe he added it into his mold from what I recall.

The locating ring inside the dome broke off a few years ago and I've not done anything to replace it. Any advice would be appreciated. I do wish this casting had the Apple tabs rather than the mounting ring system.

Finished and painted this guy myself, by the way!
