Great starter bike for Pee Wee's X-1 at Target?

I know there's already a super-duper thread on the X-1 with about a billion pages long. No doubt that threat also mentions this new bike at Target: schwinn : Target Search Results

I thought I'd start this one so that anyone who ever considering their own build would be able to find a nice, affordable starter bike.

Experts, close enough?

I'm getting a generic search for Schwinn. Is it the Legacy cruiser, I assume?

I would sooner just cruise the local craigslist or swaps and find a complete 70's or 80's schwinn cruiser for about the same price and get better parts.
The top bar on the frame is a bit too high, on onlder frames you can trim the cantilever bars and weld in a tube to make it look very similar to a DX frame.
If you want new then this might be the route though.
