Give me some ideas for a "Back to the Future" themed party!

I've decided to celebrate my 30th birthday with a Back to the Future themed party, so let's hear what y'all would do for it.

Yes, I already have a pretty good idea of what I want, and what I am going to do, but I'm always open to ideas -- especially from the RPF!

So, besides the multitude of paper props available, what else would be good to display? And before anyone says it, there are no DeLoreans available... unfortunately.

If you can edit and play the part where Reagan is taking Marty's order on the tv like it's coming from your tv. (Maybe do the same with Micheal Jackson and when old Marty get's FIRED etc). BTTF fans would get it.:)

I've taken it one step further, I'm calling it the "Fish Under the Sea" dance!

In regards to your idea, sesl, I'm thinking of getting that video of Biff's history to play... we'll see if I can find it, though.

Have someone make you THIS birthday cake:

Maybe have Peanut Brittle and Pepsi Free (if they make that anymore) as a snack lying around

Everyone wearing party hats that say "What'ya lookin' at BUTTHEAD?"

Make tiny pizzas out of Sailor Boy crackers like the 2015 tiny pizza hut pizza

lots of Miller beer Pepsi and Tab lol

Print out Pepsi Free labels and add em to bottles or cans of Diet Pepsi

Get a emulator game of Wild Gunman

Beat It song playing

Huey Lewis songs playing

Ice water in a horse trough lol

Milk. Chocolate.

This ones a bit weird but get some manure and put a sign over it saying I Hate Manure in the driveway

Hey I had a dance called Under The Sea, my mom told me "YOU went to the Fish Under The Sea Dance!??" I never made the connection til she told me haha

I can't find them on the site, but BTTF.net has these little promotional Flux Capacitor buttons that light up and flash - could be a fun party favor type of thing...

Actually, a few of those ideas are in the works... more information soon.

(I'll reply to your PM in a minute, too, Brad.)

Thanks for the headsup, Willie -- I'll check into that!

Milk.....Chocolate! You should also have the women dress in poodle skirts and the guys like greasers. You should dress like Marty in the vest jacket.

Maybe have some people come in character and must remain in character.

Maybe have different areas of the party themed from a particular location in the movie like. Doc browns place or the diner, the dance etc

- Drop sandbags on people's heads.

- Throw sharp ashtrays at everyone.

- While your guests are inside, fill all their cars with manure.

- Pour beer, banana peels and/or whiskey into their gas tanks.

- When your guests come to the door, tell them the party was a week ago. Then taser them. When they come to, pretend like they're right on time for last week's party!

- All else fails, make out with your mom.

Hide out for a while then when they look for u, you kick the door open and say "YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE IN SWITZERLAND YOU LITTLE SON OF A!" Greatest. entrance. ever.

So, obviously, it'll be a costume party, with a Back to the Future theme, where guests can come as their favorite characters from the trilogy, a Western, or films from the '50s, '80s or the future... yeah, the last one is tricky, but my gal has already decided on her futuristic outfit, so it'll work.

I have the venue -- beachfront property, with no noise restrictions -- so the plan is to have the stage from the "Enchantment Under the Sea" dance against the back wall (complete with the streamers and banner); the dance floor, which will take up most of the room, can be a generic '80s bar for, uh, dancing the small screening room off to the side of that will be turned into "Biff's Pleasure Palace" for people to sit down and chill (the projector can screen that video of his history that plays outside the casino in Part II); and finally, the kitchen, which is just off in a nook, can be made to look like a saloon (it's there, and is quite ugly, so it needs to be disguised -- and, hey, there needs to be a place to pour drinks).

The stage is where my friend will perform Johnny B. Goode at precisely 10.03pm. It'll be one of the many surprises I have planned for the night. I'll definitely look into more interactive ideas, like having Wild Gunman to play, as those touches will make it that much more fun.

Anyway, keep 'em coming, folks!
