I don't have any experience with styrofoam molding, but maybe there is???

If you made copies out of something relatively inexpensive like fiberglass or casting resin, you wouldn't even need to make a solid heavy piece. More like a "kit" of pieces people could glue the sides together or fill the inside with whatever they wanted ....great stuff foam filler, cement, whatever. :lol
