Custom Evil Knight Armour

Hey all, I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I'm planning on making a suit of armour for an evil knight for the second season of Spellfury, a fantasy web series (Spellfury - Fantasy Action Online show).

I'd like to use pep files as I already have experience in that area. I would really like to use the Lich King as a base to work from. I don't want to make a replica of it but it's got the bulk we're looking for.

I did see a six foot paper craft model online but can't find any pep files for it. Can anyone help, offer advice, design a custom suit?
