I like the way the comm badge turned out :cool.
I forgot to take pics of the original to post a comparison, but here's an after & before, with apologies to Jim for pinching part of his pics.

One of my favourite movies of all times, The Golden Voyage of Sinbad
(If you want to get bored stiff, read why here :lol )
After a wait of 1 year minus 27 days :lol, I got Frank's ( BrundelFly ) resin casting of the Magic Amulet / Medallion worn by Sinbad throughout almost all the movie.
Kit form, which I intended to give my best effort to transforming into what I hope is appreciation for Frank making this available

Here is what I came up with, including a little display box I made for it.
One in natural daylight.
And on display next to the statue of Kali.

Was feeling nostalgic after a certain someone, ahem, *cough* Adam *cough*, put voices into my head.
I literally 'went through' 3 of these as a young lad.
Not from rough play or carelessness, but I played with him so much, they fell apart on their own :cry.
.... 'wasted' 2 birthdays & 1 Xmas on these :lol, but it was always like getting one for the first time
Tribute to Clayton Moore.
And no way in hell was I going to keep this sealed :ninja
Cut & quick sniff ...... nothing like the smell of 40-year-old air :lol
Safely behind glass

WOW!!! Nice addition Alan! There's nothing quite like opening up a figure that is THAT old and knowing that you're the only one who has ever touched it, is there? He looks great in your display case too. Very cool my friend! (Hopefully you won't "burn through" this figure quite as quickly this time, huh?)
