KjRya is correct. The cost may be preventative however depending on the budget.
The old skool way of printing prop newspapers was to have an insider at an actual newspaper and print them after the days run. Not kidding.
Now, if you create the file on photoshop, to scale, you can print them on wide format at any Fed Ex Kinkos.
PAPER!
Not kidding here again, go to any Ikea and grab some of the packing paper at checkout. Thats actually blank newspaper. It can be bought at box and shipping stores as well but free is free. It may take some sweet talking but a Fed Ex Kinkos employee should be able to swap out the standard white paper on the large format printer and swap in the newspaper.
Graphics wise youll have to add the old skool print and print photo quality look to the file as todays printers do not print the low quality grey scale rez like we are accustomed to seeing in newspaper print. If you dont do this everything will come out too polished and clean. Its all trial and error.
