Goldeneye Watch - Where can I find the decals?

Somebody know where I can find some decals for my own version of the Goldeneye Watch? Or somebody who is making them or selling these?
I'm talking about the orange and blueish marks on the side of the watch as seen below.

It would awesome if there was a a way to make them glow. Such a classic prop for those were obsessed with that game.

There's a working interface for the Moto360 that looks pretty cool.
