Any tips on working with fast cure resin?

I would never use wooden sticks to mix resin.
I buy a pack of 100 disposeable knives, the kind you use for a picnic the bonus is they only cost £1.
Similarly I buy disposeable plastic pint cups to mix my resin.
Avoid any moisture at all costs.
