Black Series Poe helmet by Hasbro

It seems like almost no props stay the same from film to film. I'm sure there are multiple reasons including intentional changes because the new people want a slightly different look and also simply not caring about small details. I was expecting them to just pack away many of the props and reuse them on the next film. Apparently that wasn't done.

That surprises me oft-times too. But after talking to folks working on the films, it seems lots of times the props and costumes are pretty beat up by the end of a film, and might not make it through another production.

Here is video of it being worn at Toyfair. it's full sized for adults!!! Look towards the last part of the video for it.

Wrong! Watch the video I posted. An adult male wears the helmet just fine and looks good on him. it's towards the end of the video.

Last line is that Hasbro PR said it would fit adult heads. I think, as with the Black Series Stormtrooper Helmet, it might not be comfortable for larger heads. It still would be cool as a display piece.

Looks very accurate in size for me!:D

With some weathering this will be an awesome prop!

Wow I'm not really a fan of the Poe helmet but this is still such good news,

more black series please.

Also just thinking... Bs Kylo ep7. Bs Trooper R1. Bs Poe lid ep8........ Bs _____ Solo movie?
so maybe fett or what else would be around then?

It would be nice if they would do a TFA/TLJ stormtrooperbucket.I like the thick quality of the BS RO Trooperhelmet.
A nice fullsize RO Vaderhelmet would be also great.

Here's another picture I found of it online. Sculpt looks really great, but it's definitely going to need a new paint job. Most of the weathering is silly looking

I'm planning on taking some rub n buff to the weathering and hitting the whole thing with matte clear coat.

Am I the only one here who thinks Poe helmet looks silly when on a head (even Poe's)? :unsure It looks an helmet from Spaceballs.

You're on your own, man! I think the best looking of the SW pilot helmets except maybe the FO TIE pilot.

I think some of the details will need work. The mic looks like what it is... a plastic doo-dad. The gizmo on the right cheek is very simplified. But the overall shape looks very good. If it looks proportional to my head, it may become my main helmet.

I also like the new helmet. It reminds me of the Head Mounted Display System in the newer jet fighter helmets... Just a little more aesthetically pleasing....

One of the things that interests me is the details they pulled from real life tech to make things look and feel more real. Look at this:

You can definitely see the inspiration for the Helmet display on the TFA TIE pilot's helmet.

And in this one, you can see two circular depressions, one with a screw in it, which is refelcted on the right side of the TFA X-wing helmets.
