Finally getting around to adding some of the work I did over the last few years as it becomes public:

Still have to upload the Striker Jaeger and a few other Star Wars things - I am behind!

moff, that is spectacular work. I must apologize because you uttered 2 magic words in your post. Striker and Jaeger. I had NO idea there was a Striker Eureka Sideshow piece! :::faints:::

Did you do the paint work on this monster???

I'm a big fan of all of the above. Effin-A-Bubba! More please...

J, I hope you don't mind if I take inspiration from the finish on your R5-D4 for the little Bandai kit that I'm working on right now.

Thanks guys!
Hell yeah, I'm doing the same thing to my Bandai 1/12th R5 too.
The weathering was a simple acrylic color I scumbled on and then rubbed off as it was drying.

Stunning work, thanks for sharing , I prefer the pristine at-at pilot and r2-q5 ,
I think clean work is much harder and this really shows what clean work your capable of.

Dude, clean work is SO much harder.
SO MUCH.

I did - I'll find/upload the pics on Monday. It was a challenge because the parts were 3d printed, and I couldn't use any masking material (the paint would lift off)... so everything was hand painted. HAND painted. Very stressful.

Beautiful. Its truly a master work. My R5-D4 is on the way, but already people complained about the weathering being not the same as the prototype. As I replied on the SideshowFreak Forum. Its hard to replicate a master work. So for me, your work will only inspire to do my own weathering on the droid once it arrived.

Wow you did all the work without masking on Striker Eureka??? I cannot wait to see this thing! MONDAY here we come!

Yep. But Sideshow weathered it - they wanted to control weathering on their end for licensing approval.

Awesome work!! :thumbsup Love your work on all these and also on the SSC Probot.

On the SSC AT-AT Driver wish they had kept the silver "pimple" greeblie on the forehead and remove the cones on the ears.
