I didn't go. Did they jack the prices of rooms? Just curious to what it is the Hilton did this year.

the hilton gave vouchers for discounted rooms for 2015, and stated that the dcon block will be smaller than this years so not everyone who had a room this year got a voucher for next year

Can you imagine if every other hotel decided to do this? Granted not EVERYONE who get's one will go the following year, but the mass majority will. It'd turn into a "club" for those lucky enough to get them and prevent anyone outside from being able to effectively attend the con

heard today that a person got on a wait list after they ran out of vouchers and he got an email saying they were holding a room for him, was in his/her spam folder so if you tried the wait list keep an eye on your spam box...

Never been to SDCC, but I've heard plenty of horror stories. Just imagine that happening though...
