Yeah I knocked together some CAD files and had them laser cut the larger parts of the brackets I cut myself and all the leathers etc borrowing some ideas from Valors original budget shield build.

i've been thinking of getting a sheet of alluminium and try making a set for a second shield but i don't think i ever will get a second shield. space 'n that.

I've PM'd ya the measurements for my shield for a star but havent heard back in quite a while, money is ready.

I went the flexible flyer route, and the Comic Book version. I used for my clear coat and then sanded with 1000 grit sand paper between coats and an ultra fine steel wool just before the last coat. I did a total of 6 clear coats.

I actually had the shield sent all the way from miami a while ago now, they sent it with one of valors stars and I draw up the brackets and had them made locally and the straps are made from two belts
