Finished "Pan Sword"

Hey everyone,

This is just a quick note to show some photos of the replica "Pan Sword" from Hook I've just finished putting together. This project was initiated by discussions in a seperate thread which has a few WIP shots if your interested.

It's made from a solid brass bar with a wooden grip and a coconut guard covered with leather.

Not much else to say really, here are a few snaps

Sword looks fantastic my friend, pretty much bang on to the movie sword I'd say. What width blade do you have? I'm looking to make one for my brother's birthday, so any info would be much appriciated. Thank you.

Great job my friend, that came out beautifully. Brass really does come up stunning in a mirror polish. I completed a "Pan" sword for my brother last year. A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into that. And wasnt easy to hand over, but when his face lit up, it made it all worth it. :)
