Star Trek ENT medical tool found item help please.

Can anyone help to ID the original found item that was used to make this Enterprise medical tool?

I think someone said a few years ago that it was mascara. I did a quick search and the closest I can find was L'Oreal False Fibre lashes, but the shape isn't quite a perfect match.

The tool was used by Phlox to apply a tattoo to Archer's arm in the Season 3 episode "Stratagem"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's the Loreal Lash Architect false lash effect mascara.
At one time i also was looking for this one and happened to spot a black one in a commercial. I have two of them now. Got one of them from my sister and the other one from a auction online ,but i have not done anything with them. Just been collecting dust in a box of unfinished projects. The text is easily removable as i did that with one of them but i don't remember how i got it away, could have been with some nail polish remover.
Don't know if it still available. If you want i could send one of them to you.
