You guys like Phil Tippet? Of course you do. Check out the Chronicle Collectibles Cain from Robocop II! I did the paint masters and it is an AMAZING replica, cast from the real screen used deal directly from Tippet's studio:

LOL, it was INTENSE.

Imagine bags of parts - hundreds of parts - landing on your doorstep and you have to paint it all to look like machined metal and tinted resin, and then assemble it all. Chronicle is doing some seriously intense stuff, and it honestly blows away what every one else has ever done with subjects on this level.

Dude this is SICK. Its like being able to buy a film ready stop motion animation armature ready to go... scratch that - it is the SAME as ... holy smokes. My mind boggles at the costs... cautiously optimistic that I MIGHT be able to afford their stuff.

In my enthusiasm - I almost forgot - Jason that F'in rocks man!

Hi Jason, wondering...the chronicles facebook page notes they will be static posed...but at least for Cain it does appear to be made of of many small parts. Will the final product also consist of all these same small parts, or is it going to be cast again as presumably several larger pieces (legs, torso, arms, head)?

End product will be static, posed as pictured. Phil chose the pose for Cain and Ed (yeah, Ed is coming too)

So the majority of it is resin, correct?
I was wondering if some of the leg and waist structure will be metal, cuz that's a lot of robot to hold up.
