Sup Matrix, After a busy end to 2014 I'm back to my costumes and props projects. 8 months to go baby!
We started going to Cons this year and Dragoncon is on the bucket list but as a newbie in general, I need to learn the ins and outs of when memberships go on sale for each one we want to go to. It looks like 2015 is already sold out. How long after the con does the next year go on sale? Here in Phoenix, the tickets just went on sale this past week and its at the end of May.

Glad to have you back to the forum, was thinking you were frozen in carbonite there for a little bit...haha...Glad to see you back, none the less. I've been busy as well. I haven't worked on any of my costumes for the new year yet, due to being out of town on so many buisness trips for work. Hopefully, I believe this is the end of my traveling for work for a little bit, and I will finally start to get started on all my new costumes for 2015. Once I'm back, I plan on going hard core and getting everything up and going on my new costumes...
Guess I should start calling some hotels again
Man I am still waiting for a room. This is getting to be a bigger pain in the ass every year.
My daughter and I are going for the first time this year, and I had no idea the rooms went so quickly! If anyone hears of a room in a host hotel for which we can take over the reservation, I would be eternally grateful. I will be happy to pay any associated fees, etc.

We may end up needing to put up a forum here concerning hotel rates and dates for when rooms come available Lord knows it is harder to get a room every year.
Here's the Host hotel info for DragonCon 2015 so far. The host hotels sometimes open up an extra block of rooms closer to the Convention, but it depends on the hotel.

Helpfulnerd, you truly live up to your screen name.
I'm looking to go this year. It'll be my first time! I'll be wearing my Kingsguard armor, and something else - haven't decided what yet!
I'm looking at the official site, and I'm only seeing the info for the 4-day membership package. Are there not any other one or two-day tickets?
