Mass Effect M8 Avenger Build (WIP)

Since Mass Effect Andromeda is coming out in a few days, thought I would share some pictures of my current build. It is still a work in progress, but its almost there.



And that is what I have so far. I know the typical color on the avenger for lights is red. But I'm gonna go with blue. But anyways, I'll post some more pictures when I have more progress done.

Thanks for the pics Shatter. Pretty cool looking blaster you are doing there. Blue lighting is fine. One of my favourites is the M8.

That's a nice looking avenger, would love to see it when it's finished. is it all mdf and styrene?

Thank you! Its currently all disassembled, but once I have things put together I can see how much it weighs exactly. It is kinda hefty though lol.

Thanks, it is pretty much all MDF and Styrene. I did used epoxi sculpt on one part though.



Here is an update picture. I'm in that sand and fill over and over again stage. So not a very exciting picture. But this is how it sits currently.

This is incredible! The detail is wonderful. No one will know it's MDF once it's painted.

Here is a little peek at the progress and how it currently sits. Still needs some weathering and decals, but it is getting there

Looks awesome, I actually like the blue lights better! I love the stage when you can't tell what material it's made out of anymore, in the last picture you can't tell it's MDF. :thumbsup
