So I decided to take on the daunting task of trying to recreate starlords plasma orb. I know it's nowhere near the one that soulinertia is making but it was worth a shot.

Thanks going tomorrow to the flea market to see if I can get a better way to light them
 
Hi nice work , I was just wondering how you made the power stone, it looks like colored resin. Nice work. keep it up!
 
It is actually made with a real amethyst stone. No resin just patience and precision cutting into the stone. I'm getting some in to keep making them. If I was a premium member I would consider a run of them but for now I'll probably sell on etsy

Really cool, hmmm just considering the weight factor, if I were to use it in my suspend orb it can´t be to heavy, how much does it weight? (with batterys and stuff)
