I don't plan on doing these forever so this may be only a one time thing. Too much hassle to do individually. So it's going to be 1 sheet, 5 different people. Professionally printed on photo stock. Trim, glue on sheet styrene (or over existing card) and slide back in. I've also got a template on the sheet for the ribbed piece if you put it on a new piece of styrene.
