Jodo, can you post this screen cap? I've been pouring over my DVD, and going frame by frame through the HD On Demand version, and I would swear the name tag is blank.
 
No probolem at all, and I agree it does appear to be blank the majority of the time. Squint a bit and you'll see it! ;) :lol

Quite a few on set "sources" said it said Matilda, so they're not always reliable! :p Frak, mabey there were even two name tags! :p

For the benefit of the Blu Ray impaired (such as myself), could someone post one of these screen grabs? I'd really like to see what it looks like. Font, size, etc.

EDIT - Today I went to the new Halloween store that opens anualy. I picked up some nicotine teeth stain, and new green hair color. I even saw they had collodion this year. I introduced myself to the girls who worked there and showed them a few of my Joker pics. They didn't beleive it was me. :lol

Sorry man. You must have submitted that as I was typing my reply. Totally didn't see it!

I still don't see it in that clip, but I opened it in Photoshop and played with the levels. I can certainly make out "NURSE", but the rest is tough. Guess HEMMING is good enough for me!
 
Huh. This reminds me. I ordered a Nurse Hemming badge a few weeks ago, and still haven't gotten it yet...
 
I got B89's transfers today! :D I'll have to reveiw how to apply them a couple times (you might expect some questions tomorro, LOL.) before I put them on, but they look realy nice. :D

howd you get them alrdy jodo? i thought he just started doing the work this weekend....
 
He posted on 8/24 that he had a set of transfers available if anyone wanted to try them out. :) And I was the lab rat. :lol :p ;)

I would of had 'em sooner if I would of remembered to pay him! :wacko

oyyyyyy now I remember that. well youll have to let me know how they work out and take some pictures. asap darling :lol
 
Can you use the same techniques as regular appliances or is silicone differant? I use medical grade prosthetic glue instead of spirit gum. How many uses can you get from them? $60 is alot to me for just a single or double use. Don't get me wrong they look great but the price is keeping ME away from getting them.
 
I finaly got email confirmation on my penlight today...Now just to see if they send me the right one. I emailed them twice and didn't get a reply either time.

Hey, where did you order the medical glue from? Is there a brand that is reccomended for prosthetic/effects adhesive?
 
If you want one of the best medical grade silicone adhesives, I recommend Telesis 5. Brush on the prosthetic and on your skin and leave a little while to gum slightly before applying the piece to the desired area.
Just make sure you get a good remover and take your time working a brush under the prosthetic to remove.
