So it's a wee bit early for this but I thought I'd get the ball rolling so that people could post updates on guest bookings/cancellations, vendors, cosplayers to coordinate, and even for folks to team up for lodging if needed. I noticed that there is a place on the Wizard website to suggest programming so perhaps people could discuss what they might like to see there? Also consider it a thread for volunteers to connect with other volunteers. So have at it RPF!!

P.S. I don't know if it's because it's so early or because they have already booked up but many of the Louisville hotels are not available on these dates already. Anyone with any past experience could you chime in?
