Star Wars Inspired Door Frame

I am hoping to get some help on a project a small local group is working on to support our 501st and Rebel's.

We are looking to build a Star Wars Inspired (It need not be accurate) Imperial style door frame. We'd like to set this up at conventions to allow people to walk through so we don't want the door part just a frame.

We are totally amatuers and this will be our first project and hopefully not the last.

We have a ton of passion and building skills but what we lack is blueprints or plans. We don't have any members with any design or CAD experience so were finding it hard to get this project off the ground.

My hope is someone can help or point me in the right direction on where to find some Star Wars Blueprints.

You might find something of use on the Smuggles Room and from there the Smugglers Guild.
They do room builds.

I built this to close in my garage for Halloween. I used two 4’ x 8’ Hollywood flats (search YouTube for tutorials) and just laid out pencil lines for the trim until I was happy with the look. The raised portion is just 1/4” mdf glued and pin nailed.

The sides I built out of white foam as I wanted it to look like concrete.

A quick and dirty paint job later and this is what I had.
