I'm trying to put a citadel clear coat on top of a paint job for a standard Nerf-type plastic gun. When I put the finish on, it turned a milky-white color that I believe is called blushing.
Does anyone have a good way to fix this? I looked around online a bit and some of the advice is close to what I'm looking for, but they're also dealing with different materials, usually metal or wood.
My #1 problem is that I live in Florida and I will probably need to do this outside. The humidity has been spiking recently due to frequent rains (and it just plain being Florida). I'm willing to try a lot of stuff, but I'm trying to avoid repainting all of it.
