Question about materials

Please move to proper location if this is not the right place. I am looking for information concerning the use of Polyurea as a durable armor making material. Similar to what Frank Ippolito did with the LICH king. Awesome by the way. Anyway, I know its like LINE-X etc but can someone in the vast amount of knowledge here educate me on the process of using/molding this material. It seems to be pretty difficult to find any information on this material being used...Any help of knowledge in the use of this material would be appreciated.
