Picard Show Rank Pips

So many different interpretations of the Picard show rank pips being sold. I want to use the power of the community to get a consensus that results in the most accurate versions yet which I will produce with the badge. Version 1 is loosely based on the TNG sizes but modified to look like the Picard show pips.
Please tell let me know your thoughts on my first stab at it so I can make changes
