Is it safe to say the green LEDs on Deckard's gun are never on?

We would see them in this scene for sure if they were on. Anyone see the green LEDs on anytime?

I've never seen any indication of them being illuminated in any scene in my many watches of the movie, in any of the various versions. On my blaster(s) I have them on a separate switch so that I can have them on if I want (as was perhaps originally intended) or 'movie-accurate' with just the red LEDs lit.

That's right; it seems that the connections to lit those never really worked well. Someone decided not to use them for that reason
