I am working on it when I can. Getting there.
The images I have with different focal lengths cause some distortion and I am fighting that in order to get the best overall.

I have gone back and resculpted a few times now because the idol just didn't look right from all angles.

I will continue!

looks amazing. i know i am late to the party as it looks like you started this in 2019. Did you ever finish it? also with the great tech on phones you can 3d scan it, export to an stl and sell it. I have a 3d printer and i make all my props and i would be interested in buying a 3d file of it.

I wanted to comment on something regarding the weird damage seen in the movie on the idol. Its eyes were actually meant to follow Indy as he loomed closer to it. There are behind-the-scenes shots showing the mechanism inside the idol. So, it is not damage, it's just the shell to cover the inner workings. Your recreation is fantastic! It would be neat if you added the "Eye following" feature, no mechanism, mainly an illusion.
