I have no idea where I found this mesh, but I've tweaked it to simplify the building as a pep file. It's pretty large, probably pretty close to life size - it would be wearable, just.

As always, feel free to modify and improve. The screenshot of the pep is slightly different, as I tweaked the tabs as I assembled the pep, just to make it easier to build.
There is one spot that needs a couple of manual folds that are not marked on the pep pieces. These are the two hooked pieces that join the underside of his jaw to his shoulder. The piece is a polygon with a curved surface, which i forgot to triangulate. But it's an easy fix - just scribe a couple of fold lines across from one side to the other. You'll figure it out...
