Graflex flash attachment question -- will this work?

I just bought this part to attach to the metal bracket that surrounds the rangefinder on the Speed Graphic. It's for the Heiland flash, but I'm hoping that it will allow the Luke Graflex to slip onto that metal plate, once mounted.

Someone please tell me if the flash will accept this mount, or will it be too small ? I can't imagine it would be too big

I know it won't be the full length from top to bottom, but I'm concerned about the fit (side to side). For display only.
