Charity Shop Find

Hi Everyone
I was lucky enough to get this in a local charity shop near me (close to leavesden studios). i`ve tried everything to track the movie down but with no luck. Can anyone help. Thanks in advance. there was another costume with the name Jay Williams written in it, but again I have come up with nothing.
