The molds are done and I'm really happy with how the parts are coming out:
Here's what the set of raw cast parts will look like when you get them:
I'll be including vinyl cut red imperial cog details as well.

The face is cast separate from the rest of the helmet body in order to simplify paint and gold leafing. The chin greebles will be cast separately, and the kit includes custom formed, tinted acrylic lenses for the eyes, and red vinyl cut imperial cog details for the top of the dome.
Price for the raw cast kit is $230 plus shipping. A non-refundable $130 deposit gets you on the list. The remaining $100 plus the cost of shipping is due once the kit is ready to ship.
