Batman Panther Suit Repairs

Hey guys...
I bought a Batman Forever Panther suit a decade ago. Unfortunately, age hasn't been too kind to it. When I got it out of storage, I found a rip in the rubber/under padding. What is the best way to repair this? It doesn't have to look nice - just not compeletly fall apart.

Is there any urithane in it?

Maybe use some plasti-dip over it, or get some rubber and maybe fill in the cracks if you can
