Shapeways does it as an option.
Shapeways | Milky White Matte Glass
I don't think it would be the best option for this though as it would still need painted, and it's not really transparent.
What about sculpting it in clay and making a plaster mold of it...then using a blow mold technique using tinted clear acrylic resin? I'm not sure if it is possible but if it could be partially cured until it was a taffy consistency and then put on the end of a straw in the mold and blown up like a balloon...just a theory...
Another few hundred images scanned through.... Still no match.....
I've tried to look, but nothing
Yeah, think we may have to wait until Zenix has time to model the bottle. Unless anyone else wants to have a go?....
Well, it's a dreary rainy night and nothing else to do and this little bottle is so darn cute, I just had to have a go at it.....
This is just some fiddlin' with clay, because sculpting is def not in my skill set--which will be quite apparent in the pic
It's real hard for me to make things small enough. I TRIED to keep it to 6cm, but it somehow got away from me and ended up 3 inches tall
Okay, so I'm really enamored with this little bottle for some reason. I guess because I love miniature things.
I am working on making it as tiny as it's suppose to be using your 6cm tall guesstimate, Howlrunner. I don't know anything about the movie. Is this hand suppose to be a woman's hand (I'm thinking yes, if it's a Witch )
My hand is small and 6cm measured from the base of my middle finger goes nearly all the way across my palm, unlike in the picture where it looks to go just a wee bit past the middle of the palm. I'm guessing/hoping the hand is bigger than mine because I can't see how this thing could really be much smaller than 6cm
Lastly, anyone know what that font is to make the wee label?
It is a female's hand, yes. In fact the hand belongs to Angelica Houston who played the Grand High Witch. At this paint in the movie she is wearing heavy makeup and prosthetics - her fingers are certainly elongated, but I'm not sure if they were just finger extensions or if she has wearing whole hand "gloves". So it's possible the hand would be quite a bit bigger.
6cm on me goes from the base of my middle finger to pretty much in line with the base of my thumb (the skin crease where my thumb meets the rest of my hand), which is what is seen in the pic below (it's her right hand with her thumb on the far left of the picture).
It looks to me like the font on the label was hand drawn - don't think you'll find anything available digitally.
Nice go at the bottle. I'm still hoping that this is a project that Zenix will be able to have a go at in 3D.
bug me more often =)

Even if I could write like that, I don't think I could get that much writing on a label the size of a penny.
Oh, well, as this is only a little smack-back-at-the-winter-blahs fun project, I'm not too worried about it.
Maybe I can manage to print out something close enough for my needs.......
Okay, here's my finished effort......
Need to work on the label that I just printed out the photo of the screen grap and slapped it on the bottle, but pretty happy with every thing else......
Except my camera, don't focus worth a crap unless in bright sunlight......
6cm tall with the stopper in....the stopper is removable......
With the two ugly step-sisters .....in this case practice didn't make perfect, but as I said, I'm happy with it save for the label. Have to work on that.....
What color is the screen used bottle?
I thought someone said cobalt blue, then I read somewhere that it was a "tiny purple vial".
I made mine cobalt blue with a hint of purple overtones because it looks a little purple to me in the posted screen grabs.
Anyone have a spot on description of the color, as monitors very immensely in how they display color plus I'm a little colorblind in the blue/green spectrum.
Your replica looks really nice - great work!
In the movie the bottles are cobalt blue. I think the bottles are purple in the book though.
Thanks, howlrunner. I'm happy wid it, though I'd like to get a 3D print of one
if someone, cough -zenix- cough, were to ever do one!!
And thanks for the original post, else I'd never known about the cute little thing.
......anything I can turn into a Christmas ornament
I can hang it with my Charming Tails next Christmas!!
So..... Anyone found the correct bottle or finished a 3D model yet?....
So I never did manage to find the right bottle, but I really wanted one, so I downloaded Google Sketchup, watched a few tutorials, taught myself how to do 3D modelling (to a basic standard) and came up with this:
My 3D model printed in clear plastic by Shapeways:
And here it is painted with a deep blue transparent glass paint, with light purple thread and card label:
The real thing again:

We've made a small batch of them out of glass.
We have them up in our Etsy shop..
The movie definitely puts them in a cobalt blue glass. (This is most evident in the scene where the chambermaid is cleaning up the room of the head witch, and picks up one of the bottles). We decided on the size after a lot of careful watching. One of the popular screen grabs is the bottle cradled in the hand of the head witch. Angelica Huston is wearing prosthetic 'monster hands' in this grab, so the perceived proportion of the bottle would be way off.
